About this tour
Pum's Patong kitchen has taught Thai cooking to travellers for twenty years, in small groups, from a 30-minute one-dish session to a full day. The Grand Chef day is the one to book for a food lover: a day with Pum, the market, six or more dishes and all three of her cookbooks with a gift set, ฿7,500. The five-hour Little Pigtails class, five dishes with the market walk and the Lazy Cuisine cookbook, is ฿3,500; the four-hour Little Wok, market plus four dishes, is ฿2,200. Classes run daily at 11:00, 16:00 and 18:00 from the restaurant two minutes from Bangla Road. Payment is due at booking; cancellations inside ten days carry a fee.
